Fahrije's husband went missing during the war in Kosovo, leaving her alone to look after her family. She starts her own business, selling honey from her hives, as well as homemade sauces. However, her entrepreneurship is frowned upon by the village patriarchy. Hive won three awards at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival and put Kosovo cinema firmly on the world map.

Por traditat patriarkale të fshatit nuk e mirepresin dëshirën e saj për emancipim. I zbuluar vitin e kaluar në Festivalin prestigjioz të Filmit Sundance ku fitoi tre çmime, Hive e vendosi kinemanë kosovare në hartën e botës.
