Cosmic collaboration with Les Georges: Ropoporose meets John Carpenter’s Dark Star
Dark Star is a real guilty pleasure. In the early 1970s, John Carpenter, the future master of horror (Halloween, The Thing…) filmed this schlocky gem, with homemade special effects, beach ball aliens and, of course, tonnes of smoke, all for a measly 60,000 dollars. Rediscover "Waiting for Godot in outer space" with this special screening featuring a live performance from French pop noise duo, Ropoporose.
In case of bad weather, the screening will take place at Fri-Son.
