It is 2014 and somewhere in a syrian neighbourhood under Islamic State control, Karim dreams of forging a music career in Europe. He is determined to escape this world where music is outlawed, but must first rebuild his piano which the terrorists had destroyed. The filmmaker dedicates this ode to freedom to the people of Syria who dream of a better tomorrow and never give up hope.
